Before booking your Wedding package, we kindly ask you to fill out our Wedding Questionnaire. Once we confirm our availability, you'll need to pay our Wedding Admin Fee to secure your date.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All Wedding Packages include a one hour Meet &and Greet in Margaret River. We highly recommend then booking your Dog in for 1-2 hours with us, without you, This gives us both the opportunity to bond, adventure and& familiarise at our home.
All Wedding Packages include a Wedding Rehearsal. However, if your Wedding Rehearsal falls on a Public Holiday, Wednesday or Sunday you will be charged $99. dollars Additionally if you have not secured your Wedding Rehearsal within 8 weeks of your Wedding, we can’t guarantee we will be available. We do not offer refunds if we do not attend your rehearsal.
Wedding Rehearsal Travel fees are covered, unless it falls on a Public Holiday, Wednesday or Sunday. Travel fees will be 0.95c per km on these dates plus $99 for attendance.
Weddings that fall on a public Holiday, Wednesday or Sunday will incur a 15% increase of the overall cost
Package 2 & 3 include a Trial PRE WEDDING Adventure (3 hours) or a trial PRE WEDDING SLEEPOVER ( we highly recommend you book this in within 3 months of your Wedding).
We have ALL your travel needs covered ON your Wedding Day (between Margs & Yallingup).
Pre & Post Wedding Travel will be charged at 0.95c & invoiced AFTER your Wedding.
You will receive two invoices. The first invoice (deposit) is due within 7 days to secure your Wedding dates. If your deposit is not received within 7 days, your dates open up.
The second invoice is due 30 days prior to your Wedding. If your second invoice is not received within 30 days then we keep your deposit & your dates open up.
If your Dog is booked in for an overnight stay before your Wedding. Drop off is between 12:00pm - 3pm.
You will be invoiced after the Wedding if additional hours are added, for pre/post travel or destruction to our property has occurred by your Dog.
If you are picking up your Dog from our home or we are dropping off, pick up/drop off is between 10am - 12:00pm. If you require longer hours please email us at hello@gypseatails.com
BE ON TIME. Just as you would for any other appointment, we expect you to be on time to drop off or pick up your Dogs. We gift you ten minutes because you aren’t as perfect as Dogs.. But if you run more than 10 minutes late you will be invoiced $55.
